On Saturday, April 29, 2023, our Debate Club students showcased their exceptional debating skills at the Spring Fulford Debate Tournament at Villanova College School in King City. The team, consisting of Fiona ’24, Blake ’26, Chloe ’25, and Uma ’24, competed against formidable opponents from various schools.
Our Senior Team’s dedication to preparation and rigorous training paid off, as they secured an impressive 5th place overall in the competition. This achievement is a testament to their hard work, teamwork, and analytical prowess.
In addition to the team's success, individual student Fiona ’24 stood out among senior participants, securing an impressive 9th place out of all the senior participants. Her exceptional debating skills, persuasive arguments, and ability to articulate her thoughts captivated the judges and audience alike.
