Pete Blackshaw is a renowned entrepreneur and digital marketing authority, recently serving as CEO of Cintrifuse, a Cincinnati-based startup catalyst supported by major corporations like P&G and Kroger. He has led digital marketing teams at Nestle, Nielsen, and P&G. Blackshaw co-founded PlanetFeedback, one of the web’s first feedback portals and “trust” infomediaries, ultimately sold to Nielsen. He authored “Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3000” (Random House), regularly writes for Ad Age, and has earned numerous accolades, including induction into the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Hall of Fame and the Advertising Research Foundation's “Great Minds” Award. Blackshaw holds degrees from Harvard Business School and UC Santa Cruz.
