Myers ’26 Represents LCS as a 2024 QLEAD Brand Ambassador
We are proud to share that Myers Mbonda ’26 has been selected to represent Lakefield College School as a Brand Ambassador for the 2024 Queen’s Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Development (QLEAD) Conference. QLEAD is one of Canada’s most prestigious undergraduate leadership conferences, bringing together students from across the country to explore entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership.
As a Brand Ambassador, Myers ’26 will help promote the conference, encourage participation, and connect with other student leaders. The conference, which is organized by Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business, offers a unique opportunity for students to develop their entrepreneurial mindset, expand their networks, and gain valuable insights from industry professionals.
"I'm so thrilled to step into the role of QLEAD Brand Ambassador for LCS! This role gives me the opportunity to help all students, regardless of their background, learn about the programs that showcase diverse pathways in business and leadership. I'm passionate about encouraging others to explore opportunities they might not have considered, and I truly believe that QLEAD can open doors and inspire new ambitions for the future." — Myers ’26
Myers’ involvement with QLEAD exemplifies the kind of authentic learning experience we value at Lakefield, where students are encouraged to pursue their passions and take on leadership roles that inspire personal growth and community impact. We are excited to see how Myers will continue to represent LCS in this capacity and bring back valuable experiences to share with our community.
