2024 Winter Concert Brings Joy to the LCS Community
This week, the Lakefield College School community came together to celebrate the annual Winter Concert at The Bryan Jones Theatre. Featuring performances by over 65 talented instrumentalists and vocalists, the evening was a heartwarming showcase of artistry and holiday cheer.
Students, faculty, and staff were treated to live performances on campus, while parents, alumni, and friends of the school joined virtually via Facebook livestream. Both in-person and online, the enthusiastic support from our community uplifted our student-artists.
The program featured a beautiful blend of classic and contemporary music. Traditional winter favorites like The First Noel and Silent Night filled the theatre with nostalgia, while modern selections brought fresh energy. Highlights included Maddie Arbo ’26 and Veda Cunniffe ’26’s captivating rendition of Kaleidoscope (Chappell Roan), Suri Ngo ’25 and Viviana Nocom ’25’s moving performance of Space Between (Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson), and the LCS Rock Choir’s dynamic take on Ed Sheeran’s Afterglow.
Congratulations to all of our performers for their outstanding contributions to this memorable evening. Your talent and dedication remind us of the power of music to bring people together.
