In their "Salud y Bienestar" (health and well-being) unit, Ms. Dalrymple’s Grade 12 Spanish students learned more about how to enrich their lives through nutrition and movement.
They embraced Spanish cuisine and prepared gazpacho, quinoa salad, and pan tomate, enjoying a healthy meal together.
They also participated in a yoga class led by LCS parent Ruth Sarquis P ’21, ’23 via Zoom from Mexico.
Through these experiences, students honed language skills and gained a deeper appreciation for culture and well-being.
