1st Girls’ Soccer Team Triumphs at CISAA Championships!

We're thrilled to announce that our 1st Girls' Soccer team capped off an undefeated season with a spectacular 4-1 victory over Crestwood Prep College School on Saturday, May 27 during Regatta Day! The match, held on our home turf, was a testament to the team's skill and determination.

Special congratulations to our goal scorers, Tessa ’24 (x2), Laurie ’25, and Claire ’24. You were unstoppable and showed your perseverance and dedication to the sport and your teammates. Throughout the season, our team demonstrated remarkable prowess, scoring a total of 36 goals and conceding only three. 

Coaches Confesor and Runza want to share a heartfelt thank you and congratulations to graduating players: Tamara von Achten ’24, Claire Hamilton ’24, Tessa Murray ’24, Gabi Brown ’24, Mackenzie Hogan ’24, Ashley Hansen ’24, Nat Douglas ’24, and Kayleigh Belanger-Besner ’24. “Your contributions have been invaluable, and you will be missed,” shared Coaches Confesor and Runza.

Coach Confesor and Coach Runza also expressed their immense pride in the team, highlighting the dedication and spirit that drove their success this season.

In addition to the championship game, Regatta Day featured the highly anticipated Staff/Alumni vs. Grads match. This exciting game saw the Grads take the win, thanks to their youthful edge. It was fantastic to see a large turnout of alumni, eager to relive their glory days on Lefevre Field alongside our staff.

Congratulations to all our players, and thank you to everyone who supported the team throughout the season!
