2024 Home to The Grove Alumni Reunion

This year's Home to The Grove Alumni Reunion was a heartwarming and unforgettable weekend! Alumni and their families gathered on our beautiful campus to celebrate classes ending in ‘4 and ‘9 with laughter, shared memories, and new friendships.

The festivities began with a warm welcome from our Head of School Anne-Marie Kee and LCS Board Chair Hugh Macdonnell ’85 P ’18 ’27, who highlighted the importance of our alumni community and the lasting bonds formed at Lakefield College School. Attendees had the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make new ones as they toured the campus, reminiscing about their time at LCS and exploring new additions.

One of the highlights of the weekend was the much-anticipated Regatta Day. Alumni and their families cheered on our current students as they competed in various rowing events, showcasing their dedication and teamwork. The spirit of friendly competition and camaraderie was palpable, reminding everyone of the strong sense of community that defines LCS.

Throughout the weekend, alumni participated in a variety of activities designed to celebrate our shared history and future. From nostalgic campus tours and informal gatherings at beloved spots like the Chapel and the Grove, to a lively BBQ lunch on the waterfront, the atmosphere was filled with joy and connection.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and made this reunion special. We look forward to creating more memories with you in the years to come.
