Students Bake Apple Crisp for Fall Fair with Chef Evan Podd

On Sunday afternoon, the sweet scent of apples and cinnamon filled the OE kitchen as students joined Chef Evan Podd to prepare apple crisp for our upcoming Fall Fair

Working together, the students used two bushels of locally sourced Honeycrisp and Gala apples to make twelve trays of the delicious dessert.

With a mix of hands-on learning and teamwork, this annual tradition is a great way for students to contribute to the Fall Fair festivities, while also enjoying a fun and flavorful baking experience.

Don’t miss out on tasting their creations at the Fair!
