Earlier this month, our new associate faculty and faculty members gathered at Northcote for a special lunch aimed at fostering connections and introducing them to the unique opportunities our Northcote Campus Farm offers. This "New Staff and Buddy Lunch" provided a relaxed environment for newcomers to learn about Northcote while building relationships with their colleagues.
As they prepped and enjoyed a meal together, new staff members had the chance to ask questions and engage in conversations that are often difficult to have during the bustling start of the school year. The informal setting allowed for meaningful interactions, helping to create a sense of community from the very beginning.
Exploring our Northcote Campus Farm, faculty experienced firsthand the rich outdoor learning opportunities available to our students. This gathering not only highlighted the beautiful surroundings but also underscored the importance of collaboration and camaraderie within our faculty.
We look forward to seeing how these new relationships will enhance our school community and the experiences we provide for our students this year!
