Ms. Dalrymple's Grade 12 Spanish Class Cooks Up a Taste of Mexico

This fall, Ms. Dalrymple's Grade 12 Spanish class reaped the rewards of their spring planting at our Northcote Campus. After planting tomatillo seeds earlier in the year, students harvested the crop to create a homemade "salsa verde." They also gathered tomatoes, garlic, and onions to prepare a fresh "pico de gallo." The class then came together to enjoy these delicious, authentic Mexican snacks—a flavorful way to bring their learning to life!
