Athlete of the Month: Alex Smith ’25
We are excited to announce Alex Smith ’25 as February’s Athlete of the Month! Alex has made a significant impact as a key member of the 1st Snowboard Racing team, which recently won the OFSAA gold medal. Her individual performance also earned her a silver medal, helping the team achieve their gold.
Other notable athletes this month include:
- Axel Zeitlinger-Fontana ’26, who placed First Overall in CISAA Alpine, leading his team to a first-place finish with strong technical skills and leadership.
- Angel Xu ’27, who earned gold at CISAA in her first year of Nordic skiing and represented LCS at OFSAA.
- Jordan Lin ’27, MVP of the Jr Boys’ basketball team, helping lead them to their first Division 3 CISAA championship.
- Brody Brown ’27, the 1st Boys’ Hockey team’s top goalie, securing multiple shutouts and leading the team to a first-place finish.
A big congratulations to Alex and all the nominees for their impressive accomplishments. We’re excited to see where their talents take them next!
