A Movember to Remember

By Mr. Derek Doucet

Did you know that 1 in 6 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime? The month formerly known as November is a time when men and women unite in changing the face of men’s health. Mo Bros grow a mustache for the entire month in an attempt to raise awareness and money for prostate cancer, while Mo Sistas work diligently to MO-tivate others to join the cause.

We are pleased to report that more than 60 students and staff are participating in Movember this year, and already it is a Movember to remember. We thought this would be a nice pre-emptive introduction as to why we will be sporting MO-nstrous MOs during the parent teacher interviews. Hopefully, we will continue to update pictures as the month becomes more hairy.
