You have officially secured your child's spot with payment and the countdown until summer is on. Here is a checklist to help set you up for a successful Summer Academy program.

Prior to Arrival

Ensure you are receiving our emails
Confirm that emails from summeracademy@lcs.on.ca are not going to your spam folder.
Login and review account information
Check that all information such as phone numbers, date of birth, gender, program, etc are up to date.
Update any information necessary
Review Summer Life Guide (coming soon, stay tuned)
Complete all necessary forms in the online registration system
Ensure that forms such as Health Forms, etc. have been completed.
If new forms are assigned, you will receive an email notification from summeracademy@lcs.on.ca 
For international campers:
Custodianship Declaration Form 
Obtain medical insurance
If you would like to purchase medical insurance through LCS, contact the Summer Academy team for more information or to receive a quote
Travel form completion
If you are joining us for Junior Day Camps or Grade 11 Biology, you do not need to complete this form.
Check entry requirements for travel to Canada
Arrange airport transport through Jen Horrigan at LCS, if required
Ensure you have all required documentation with you when travelling
Travelling from Mexico? Please review the new requirements. 
For those from other provinces/territories within Canada:

For incoming LCS students:
Review Orientation Essentials for 2024/25 academic school year. 
Review course expectations, if enrolled in a credit course
Course expectations will be shared approximately 2 weeks prior to start date
